Chief Operating Officer
Troy is a purpose, people, and growth-oriented business leader with 20+ years’ experience in paper manufacturing and converting industries. Prior to joining TemperPack, Troy held various management roles in commercial printing, envelope, and corrugated businesses across multiple international organizations such as International Paper, DS Smith and Cenveo. At TemperPack, Troy is leading the ClimaCell division as well as the talented engineering department. He holds an electrical engineering degree from Penn State University. Outside work, Troy likes spending his time outdoors on his boat or on the golf course.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jess is a determined, growth – orientated leader with 25+ years of sales and marketing experience. She emphasizes the importance of building a strong commercial culture across the organization, where success is built on people and processes are set to drive continuous improvement. Prior to TemperPack, Jess has led several successful commercial teams in sustainable energy at Smart Wires, Vestas and UpWind Solutions. Jess is passionate about making an impact, on her teams and customers‘ success and on the planet we share. Outside of work Jess enjoys spending time with family and friends (preferably outside) and taking long hikes with her dog.
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Wells is an accomplished executive with over two decades of global experience in the sustainability sector. Having served as CEO of UpWind solutions, General Electric’s Onshore Wind Energy division in Europe, and at Smart Wires, Inc, Peter has led successful organizations at the forefront of innovation and the adoption of new sustainable technologies. Along the way, he’s served on the boards of Wind Europe, the American Wind Energy Association, and the Wind Energy Foundation. Peter is passionate about building teams, helping customers win, and striving for big ambitious goals. Peter was a competitive cyclist growing up, ran cross country at Nottingham Trent University and still enjoys getting out for a run or bike ride whenever he can. He, his wife Mary Beth, along with their daughter Chloe, love travel, adventures, and great food …occasionally joined by his two older sons, Pierson and Riley, who are studying at Ole Miss and Tennessee.

Amy has spent over 25 years helping organizations do great things through people-driven HR practices. Prior to joining TemperPack, Amy was an executive coach and consultant to the government and for-profit sectors, with a focus on change management and organizational development. Along the way, she’s also built and led HR departments for fast-paced start-ups. Amy holds a degree in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and certificates in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Outside the office, Amy loves art, cooking and spending time with her two children.
Senior Vice President of Quality, Safety, and Environment
David was one of TemperPack’s early hires in 2016 and has often been referred to as a “Swiss Army Knife” due to his proclivity for jumping in wherever is needed to lead and support the team. David is a motivated and energetic leader with a passion for feedback, accountability, and development. Prior to TemperPack, David spent over a decade managing small and large teams in the e-commerce, retail, and hospitality industries. David spends his time outside of work with his wife, Erika and their four children. David credits his faith and family for his inspiration and motivation to succeed.
