Performance

A solution built to stand up to cruel summers and careless deliverers.

Thermal Protection

Green Cell Foam has undergone extensive testing to meet exceptionally rigorous shipping criteria, ensuring its performance in the most demanding conditions. Its unique pocketed cell design is engineered to trap hot air, significantly enhancing its thermal insulation properties. These capabilities were rigorously evaluated in ISTA certified thermal transport labs, where the foam was subjected to a series of controlled tests that simulate various environmental conditions it might encounter during shipping. The results from these tests confirm that Green Cell Foam provides reliable and effective protection, maintaining the integrity and temperature of shipped goods, even under extreme conditions. This makes it an ideal choice for industries requiring robust thermal protection in their packaging solutions.

Shock Protection

In addition to its thermal capabilities, Green Cell Foam is also designed to meet shock and drop standards, making it suitable for use in blocking and bracing type packages. This dual functionality ensures that items are not only thermally protected but also securely cushioned against physical impacts during transit.
